Fortunato and Maria Sculco had a Saloon in two locations in Poughkeepsie before it was changed to a Grocery Store. One was on Dwayne Street and the other was on Gifford Avenue. They moved to Westerly, Rhode Island to start up a Cheese Business with his brother Garard. After one year they parted as partners and Fortunato and Maria moved back to Poughkeepsie with their family.
